Directed by India Eastwood, 'Man Up' is a short animated documentary that I collaborated on. It explores five young male university students’ experiences with mental health issues. The young men open up and share their own issues in the hopes to encourage other men to feel safe doing the same. This video is my section of a group of seven separate stories/experiences of young men suffering with mental illness. Each animator was given a pre-recorded interview and then an edited sound recording with which to work with. I believe these are very important stories to tell and it was a very beneficial project to work on.
